Delivering strategic, multidisciplinary research programs

We deliver research that informs the socio-economic development and marine environmental management of Australia’s western coast, utilising 200 scientists from 11 partner organisations.

Facilitating research projects and simple procurement

We offer access to the combined capability of our partners. Existing frameworks for collaboration allow for straightforward development of teams to address project needs.

Developing forums and strategies to aid decision making

WAMSI facilitates a number of forums to address issues related to marine science and has partnered with numerous industry, research and other groups to bring diverse groups together for discussion.
