Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (MEV)
Just as faith comes by hearing the WORD of God, fear comes by hearing and believing the lies of the enemy, who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John10:10). The only way to overcome the lies and the negative news we are saturated with around the world is to continue to put the WORD of God in your ears and before your eyes! Faith will begin to grow and the fear will flee. If you are struggling with a personal issue, for example healing, finance, a family matter… – then search, study and mediate on scriptures relating to that issue and your faith will begin to grow!
Remember faith comes by hearing the WORD of God.

Isaiah 55:11 (ASV) ‘So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it’.
Gods Word will never return empty and will always accomplish what it set out to do – this verse is simply saying God’s Word always works!
This bible scripture is a wonderful reminder about how powerful, alive and active the Word of God is. Are you relying or meditating on a particular verse or passage? By faith when we trust his Word it will be accomplished and succeed.
When we hear His Word, faith is born in our hearts and a spiritual awakening takes place. The faith of God in His Word activates the ability of the human heart to believe.
Romans 3:3 ‘for what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? Verse 4 continues to say ‘God forbid’… which actually means ‘Absolutely not…
With the unbelief of some, God’s purposes will still be accomplished. All who hear and believe can have full assurance that God’s Word cannot fail. 🙌 ❤️

Your words have power – In my previous post I share about how God the Father used WORDS to create the heavens and the earth.
Proverbs 18:21 ‘Death and Life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.’
If you want to live a blessed life we must speak life – make the words you speak agree with what God says about you in the bible.
Unfortunately we are regularly bombarded with negative news through various outlets, television, media, social media and more - words of death are continually broadcasted and this will most definitely interfere with having a blessed and fulfilled life.
For many of us it will take time, practice and consistency to speak life to ourselves and for our family – I highly recommend by reading and saying out aloud what the bible says about you.
Turn things around with your words of faith - search scriptures – you have been justified, made right because of what Christ has done for you, (Romans 5:9) look for verses about healing, prosperity, joy, and highly favoured of God (Psalm 5:12). The Blessing is in the WORD!
Speak Gods Word into your life and watch your circumstances and future change.

Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. (KJV)
In the book of Genesis the words ‘GOD SAID…’ is mentioned 10 times!
Thinking about Genesis Chapter 1, it is evident to say heaven and earth were created by WORDS! Father God didn’t create using a wand; He used words to create creation.
This chapter reveals how powerful words are, there is power in words and throughout the bible we are encouraged with the Word of God, His promises and with how we should use our words.
Proverbs 18:21 says that Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Each time I think about or read the above verse it encourages me to use my words wisely. Do you notice we can speak death but should only be used when appropriate - unfortunately millions around the world unconsciously speak negative (speak death) without correct knowledge of this truth and therefore we are enabling a destructive environment.
I encourage you to study and research verses that reveal the truth about words and how important it is to speak life to you, your family and friends.
If you want to know where you will be in a few years time – listen to your words.

It is the Lord who goes before you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
The Greek meaning of the word forsaken means forgotten, deserted, abandoned and turn away. The Hebrew meaning is neglected and abandoned.
What a wonderful promise, the Bible tells us that Father God will never forsake us, meaning - He will never, never, ever abandoned us! We may feel dismayed, alone, disappointed due to life’s circumstances but Jesus will never desert us, He is with us right now and forever! Be comforted as His word is an agreement, a contract, a covenant, which He will never break - this is His promise to you and me! #catholic #catholicwomen #catholicwomensministry

The Hebrew word Pala occurs often in Psalms and depending on the translation, is portrayed “wondrous works”, “marvellous deeds”. Psalm 71:17 reads ‘Since my youth, O God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvellous deeds’. PALA ARE THINGS EXTRAORDINARY, over and above what man can do, beyond ones power and difficult to achieve - HOWEVER our Heavenly Father will do the surpassing EXTRA-ORDINARY.
The bible verse Psalm 71:17 is one to ponder and meditate on. Trust and believe and you will experience ‘Pala’, things ‘Extra-Ordinary’. 👏 ❤️

Psalm 37:5 ‘Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him and he will bring it to pass.’
In all your ways commit to the LORD and then secondly trust God with what you have committed – and applying the first two God will act and bring it to pass.
King David demonstrates that the fulfillment of God’s purposes in our lives depends on two related actions (commit and Trust). The first (Commit) is voluntarily granting God ownership. The second (Trust) is acting with complete confidence of God. (Comments from Skip Moen, Ph.D.) These comments are so true!
If you are struggling due to todays current circumstances or for personal reasons I recommend meditating regularly on Psalm 37:5 as this will guarantee peace within our hearts. ❤️ 🙌

Jeremiah 17:7 “But blessed is the man who trust in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.
The Greek word translated ‘blessed’ is ‘makarios’, and is sometimes translated ‘happy’, ‘fortunate’ and ‘prosperous’. The idea behind ‘makarios’ is that something is made "large" or "extensive."
For now let’s change the word “blessed” with the following translated meaning:
‘Happy’ is the woman who trust in the Lord
‘Fortunate’ is the woman who trust in the Lord
‘Prosperous’ is the woman who trust in the Lord
How wonderful it is when we know and experience ‘Makarios’ because we have placed our confidence in Him!

Proverbs 3:9 “Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”
“TRUST IN THE LORD” – This bible scripture is one of the most used and talked about in the bible. We often declare these words when we have a need for family, friends or for ourselves.
What does it mean to trust in the Lord?
“Trust” translated from the Greek word is ‘Pisteuo’ which means “a bold, a reliance or resting of the mind on the integrity, confident and a sure security.” Trust is not the same as faith, which is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). Instead, trusting is what we do because of the faith we have been given. Trusting believes and has confidence in the Word of God, even when our natural senses tell us otherwise.
The Greek meaning of the word ‘trust’ is so powerful ‘resting of the mind on the integrity, confident and a sure security’ – where I come from and in most countries if you own a vehicle the logical thing to do, is to apply for insurance from an insurance company and you will automatically be covered for any loss and damages, therefore you trust the insurance company to pay for any loss due to the agreement/contract between you and the company. If we trust the insurance company because of an agreement how much more should we ‘trust’ the ‘Living Word of God’ - Isaiah 26:3 reads “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you”. This where resting of the mind will take place when we trust Him.
The promises of God are truth and life and Father God has made possible through Jesus Christ a covenant, a written agreement between God and Man, that cannot be broken or return void! (Isaiah 55:11) This is a sure security when we trust in Him.
