Working Visions started in 2001, and delivers purpose-driven strategic consulting, project management, training, research and advisory services across government, NGO’s and corporate sectors.  Our advice is based on research, evidence and experience, not opinion. We are a multi-award winning boutique consultancy, with a particular interest in regional, tropical and northern Australia.

We work with governments and communities on long term projects which focus on systems change and sustainable development which subsequently impact policy shifts. We are able to combine this expertise with high level strategic planning and community and stakeholder engagement to provide a holistic approach to making real change.

Good strategy is a journey. Working Visions works with clients develop and implement the right strategy to deliver sustainable growth. We have worked with several of our clients over many years – we make it our business to understand our clients business and industry and take practical approach to the design and delivery of all advice

Collective Impact Advisory and Training

We provide consultancy and advisory services and training to government departments (including local government), organisations and community groups which are seeking support and advice on the implementation of Collective Impact (CI) initiatives. 

Social Impact and Innovation

We have a strong track record in leading the design, facilitation, delivery and evaluation of social impact and innovation projects.  We are collaborative, use design thinking, and take a participatory approach ensuring people of all backgrounds are included, heard and involved.

Sustainable Regional Economic Development

In the 21st century we are facing rapid social, environmental and economic change. Governments, industries and communities must make difficult decisions and tackle complex cross-sectoral policy problems to ensure prosperity and well-being for current and future generations.

Resilient Communities

Tracey has been working the in the disaster recovery and rebuilding sphere since 2006. At a personal level, she has lived in disaster-prone areas most of her life including the Pilbara region of Western Australia, North-East Arnhem land and north Queensland.

First Nations collaboration

Tracey Wilson, Director, Working Visions has worked with First Nations people and communities across Australia for two decades. By listening, learning and collaborating she has humbly made a difference in the communities she has worked in, and partnered with.

Tracey has a passion for, and qualifications in, organisational Development and change management. We work with CEO’s, Managers and Boards to restructure for sustainable organisational outcomes

Tracey Wilson

Tracey is a community builder and sustainability specialist. She has developed and driven sustainable development projects across Australia. Tracey has a long-term commitment to address social change through building the capacity of individuals, communities and organisations through citizen-led policy development.

Marcia Baker

Marcia Baker is Working Visions’energetic and extremely efficient administration coordinator. Marcia was usually seen busily scribing at community engagement events but she’s currently off travelling around Australia, however she still manages to keep our administration running like clockwork!

Jo Bentley-Davey

Jo is a social work educator, and specialist practitioner across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Her professional experience has privileged Jo to work with children, young people, adults, and communities in the fields she is passionate about such as youth justice, community development, and community engagement, education and academia.

Miranda Wilson

Miranda joined our team in 2017 and is our specialist in motion and video design. She is also a whizz with support around statistics, data and research. Based in Melbourne, Miranda has a double degree in Science and the Arts majoring in Human Geography and Biology. When she’s not whipping up some stats or a video for one of our clients, she’s off studying for her accelerated Master of Teaching.
