Queensland Compassionate Services is a disability support services provider based in Boondall, Queensland.
The company was established with the sole aim of offering support that always puts participants first.
At Queensland Compassionate Services we provide a range of disability services. In doing so, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability. The goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer, and more involved.

Our Vision
Our work is grounded in our compassionate and deep care for our clients, and our vision is to expand so that we are able to provide a one-stop-shop for people with disabilities seeking support services through the NDIS.
What Q.C Services Offers
We deliver high quality community access and domestic assistance services including cleaning that are consistent with the Human Services Quality Standards and the principles and service philosophy of the Queensland Compassionate Services, such as:
Complete domestic duties including cleaning, housework, meal preparation and other light domestic assistance.
Be a companion, lifestyle support person for our clients in their homes.
Transferring in and out of bed (if needed), chairs and providing other mobility assistance.
Showering (if needed)
Grooming, shaving and doing hair.
Toileting (including changing catheter bags and supporting bowel care)
Community access such as driving to appointments and social activities.
Our support coordination team provide level 1 and 2 of Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
When the NDIS plan provides Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching funding, our experienced team will support the participant and their family with:
Understanding the NDIS and the plan itself.
Implementing the NDIS plan.
Providing a list of different suitable service providers to choose from.
Linking with the chosen service providers while aligning the expenditure with the funding throughout the plan life cycle.
Mentoring and monitoring the providers’ service agreements assuring that they reflect the participant’s needs according to the NDIS regulations.
Providing reports to NDIA on outcomes prior to review.
Helping the participant preparing themselves to their NDIS plan review meeting.

Founder/Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Highly motivated to support vulnerable individuals in society with a passionate approach and special attention to people from CALD backgrounds.
Worked in a variety of roles supporting asylum seekers and refugees, including volunteering with the the Australian Red Cross.
NDIS Educator, NDIS Community Connector, NDIS Support Coordinator and psychosocial recovery coach, Team leader
William Farah
Founder/Director
Community leader with volunteering experience with the Australian Red Cross and other humanitarian institutions.
Entrepreneur, professional stakeholders’ manager, customer-satisfaction oriented.
Broad experience in business management, team leading, financial analysis, and information technology, backed with high communication skills.
Experienced presenter, accounts and projects manager.
