This weekend is the annual Heartbeat of Football Heart Health Round.![]()
![]()
#MakeitRed is a national awareness campaign started by the Heartbeat of Football Foundation that turns sporting grounds across Australia RED for heart disease and sudden cardiac arrest.![]()

During this round, we will be encouraging all our members to #MakeitRed and show their support to raise awareness and much needed funds for this cause.![]()

Ways you can get involved include:![]()
🔴 Wearing something red. Red ribbon will be available from the canteen. Note: Players are required to be in full club uniform for their games.![]()
🔴 Donating to our online fundraising page (makeitred.org/o/jordan-springs-joeys-fc)![]()
🔴 Placing any loose change in our donation buckets located at the canteen![]()
🔴 Purchase something from the canteen. We are pledging to donate 50% of all revenue raised over the weekend.![]()
🔴 Take plenty of snaps on the day to share on social media with the campaign hashtags.![]()

❤️ Want to check your own Heart Health? Our very own Nurse Practitioner, Lindy Fenton, will be conducting Heart Health Checks on Saturday in exchange for a gold coin donation. In less than 10 minutes, Lindy will be able to measure your blood pressure, total cholesterol and blood sugar levels.![]()

This weekend, we are asking all teams to wear our Make It Red/ ANZAC armbands through their games! ![]()

The profits from the sale of these bands will be sent to Heartbeat of Football to help with further research and heart health initiatives. ![]()

We have combined the Make It Red initiative with ANZAC images on our fund-raising bands to ensure we remember our fallen across this exciting weekend. ![]()

Armbands are $10 each. Please have your orders sent to message or email fundraise.scusc@gmail.com by Wednesday afternoon! Payments can be forwarded to our bank account, or paid in cash or card on collection of your bands.
