We are now in the midst of a gluten-free boom, with hundreds of products, cookbooks and even apps readily available for those who are choosing to eat gluten free. Twenty years ago however, it was quite a different story. When Lifestyle’s first ever loaf of bread was baked back in 1998, gluten free products were few and far between.
