Moving our Service Desk to IT EASY has given us the opportunity to focus on IT projects and Improvements and leaving the day to day IT support functions to the experts. Our business operates 24/7 in North America, the UK and Australia so IT Easy’s ability to provide a support service from an Australian base to all our sites 24/7 was a key reason we chose them. We can now deliver IT support to our global business using the IT EASY Service Desk, something we couldn’t achieve with our small internal IT team.
IT Support is not our core business. We are in the services business and our IT efforts need to be directed towards improving and empowering the business through IT initiatives. Therefore, we needed a partner whose core business is to provide us with our day to day, business-as-usual IT support requirements. IT EASY is that partner.
