At Hillview Community Church we try to keep it simple. We care about people and their growth in the Lord.
We believe in gathering together for communion each Sunday to remind ourselves of the wonderful sacrifice Jesus made for each of us. ‘the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.”
Hillview enjoys fellowshipping during a family lunch after the service on the 2nd Sunday of the month, both in-house and at a local restaurant. Please enquire.
Our school of life program is generally held on Wednesday evenings and incorporates various helpful endeavours and studies. Please enquire.
Most Wednesdays, the church building is open for prayer or worship or an opportunity to speak with the Pastors. ( Please email for clarification ) 10am–2pm
We believe baptism is an important step in the life of the Believer. Being raised out of the water expresses our new life in Christ and our union with Him. Baptism represents a statement of declaring ourselves new in Christ, just as Jesus was resurrected and brought back to life. If you would like to be baptised, please let us know.
Our men meet together regularly, usually for breakfast, where they enjoy each other’s company, get to know one another better, hear guest speakers, and eat good food.
We hold bi-monthly Ladies’ Evenings at a local location. This is a beautiful time to learn more about each other and enjoy good company and light refreshments.
Our young adults enjoy informal gatherings and often include younger ones, where they might play games or other activities.
We believe in the power of prayer and offer several opportunities to participate in or receive prayer. Thank you, Jesus, that we are experiencing a massive increase in the speed and visibility of answered prayer.

We have commenced a new Hillview Community Church School of Life Program called “Growing Deep and Strong.” Please enquire about joining on 2nd and 4th Wednesday evenings. On alternate Wednesday evenings, we offer relaxed discipleship.
