Flying Doctor Wellbeing is here to support you.

Flying Doctor Wellbeing is here to support people in the Harrow community improve their overall mental health and wellbeing. Flying Doctor Wellbeing is confidential and provided at no cost via telephone, telehealth or face-to-face at Harrow Bush Nursing Centre.
You may feel nervous or unsure about getting support, but it can make a big difference having someone to talk to, hear what you have to say and provide advice. In Harrow the Flying Doctor clinician is David Turnbull.
It can be hard to know when to reach out – some signs it might be time to make an appointment include:
• Experience of trauma
• Low mood, depression
• Feelings of stress, anxiety or panic
• Experience of grief or loss
• Relationship difficulties
• Loneliness and isolation
• Sleeping problems

Everyone’s mental health journey is different. Flying Doctor Wellbeing can support you in seeking help and if your needs aren’t met by this service, in finding the right help for you.
