How can we help you?

If your hearing has deteriorated and you have worked in a noisy environment or worked with power tools, you may have noise-induced hearing loss, and you may be eligible to make an industrial deafness claim. If your work has contributed to your hearing loss, then you may be entitled to workers compensation in the form of:

  • Lump-sum payments for permanent impairment
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses including hearing aids

Even if the exposure to excessive noise levels may have taken place many years ago, you may still be eligible to claim. It should also not matter if you had worked for several employers, some of which may no longer be in business.

What should I do?

If there’s a possibility that you have suffered deafness partly as a result of your work, we recommend that you seek independent legal advice.
