Kate leads a heart-centred practice that will nourish your body, mind and spirit. Classes aim to be inclusive and are suitable for all levels.
Kate believes through regular practice we become more intimate with our inner self and our heart’s intention. Our practice unveils habits and patterns that no longer serve us, and we become more mindful of the way we are moving through our daily life.
Kate has been teaching and sharing yoga since 2013 and offers small group classes, private yoga, workplace yoga and workshops and retreats.

Classes aim to be suitable for all levels, participants are encouraged to tune in to their unique bodies, notice how they are feeling on any particular day and to respond accordingly.
The primary aim is to help you to awaken the mind body connection through mindful movement. Classes may include a combination of flowing and static shapes to assist in building strength and flexibility. Breathing and relaxation techniques help you to feel calm and centred, refreshed and renewed.
