EA Plus was created with a view to assisting and supporting businesses and business individuals with their administration and secretarial needs and, if necessary, the coordination of their personal life.

As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager Penny has had over 20 years of experience across a wide range of business spheres and has worked with some high profile executives during this time.

It is with this very broad based experience that Penny decided to branch out on her own and establish eaPLUS to service and assist the business community as well as individuals in either an onsite or offsite (virtual assistant) capacity.

Penny brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in the different facets of business life and the office to the field of outsourcing services. She is well equipped to handle any of your business’s administration and secretarial needs, supported by excellent judgment and people skills.

Penny has travelled extensively both personally and in business and has gained much experience dealing with people from all levels. She has a great deal of interest in people from all walks of life and has dealt with many executives from many cultures.

Reliable, organised, flexible and extremely professional is how Penny’s employers’ describe her. Over the years, Penny has managed a huge range of projects performed as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. But she understands that work can be all consuming and at time she needs to help out with the day-to-day running of things. So she has done it all from organising a 3 day conference on the other side of the world to collecting the dry-cleaning; from relocating a business to booking first class flights for a team of business executives; from coordinating photo shoots to managing her executives’ diaries and from creating a database to taking dictation and much more.
