“Markdel operates as a very functional, safe, working environment. It smoothly caters for our daily routine of training racehorses and optimises their performance. The designers planned the complex to be secure and efficient with the horses’ wellbeing truly accommodated - an important aspect that is often neglected in many stables when you really look at them. We believe that horses are more relaxed in this environment than at their previous stables in the city. They thrive here and are eating about 20% more and training better.
