THE FOUNDER
Hi my name is Barrington D’Monte, I am the Founder of Barrington Management Consulting (BMC). In my 30 years of engaging and leading teams across the Asia Pacific region, I have experienced many types of leadership.
What I am particularly passionate about is an Inspiring type of leadership; based on Respect, Inclusion and Appreciation of the individual. I call this type of leadership - Authentic Leadership.
Using the latest scientific and statistical evidence-based behavioural assessment instruments, validated benchmarks, inspiring coaching and training methods, we will work to enable you to become a more Effective and Authentic leader and team. I will share with you the Tools, Methods and Processes that I have used and developed over my career.
