Amanda Fraser-Easton is a qualified personal trainer and realised in 2010 that people today who lead busy lives need flexible and tailored fitness programs that work in with their lifestyles.

So, PT on Wheels was established to fill such a need.

Amanda’s goal as a Personal Trainer  is to strive to create an environment to help and encourage, be understanding and show compassion, while still being determined to see clients achieve their goals and have a healthier, happier life style.

The personal training session is a friendly session conducted at a level that suits you, but also shows you that with a little help it’s amazing to see what you can achieve.
