NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the NSW Justices Association Inc (NSWJA) will be held on Saturday, May 25th, commencing at 1:30 p.m. at Guildford Leagues Club and via audio-visual link.

SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
Special Resolution: To adopt a new constitution.
EXPLANATORY NOTES REGARDING THE SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
Special Resolution: In order to bring the NSWJA Constitution in line with the changes made to the Associations Incorporations Act in September 2022, the Board of the Association is recommending the adoption of a new constitution as submitted to the membership.
The changes have been outlined in the explanatory memorandum.
In order to pass the Special Resolutions needs to achieve a 75% vote of all those members present at the General Meeting or voting via Proxy.
