Lexington Advocates is a finance advocacy and broking business specialising in professional service industries. We always focus on placing your best interests at the centre of all we do.
In addition to our predominant service of finance broking we also assist businesses with existing banking relationships who are unable or unsure of how to negotiate an acceptable outcome with their bank.
Over time we have evolved our client service proposition by specialising in different industries that need help with their lending facilities. Some of this work involves clients that are in financial difficulties.

Harold Hall
Prior to commencing Lexington Advocates, Harold Hall held a variety of relationship management, business development and team leadership roles across Macquarie Bank, NAB, Westpac and GE Corporate Finance.
Harold stepped out of the world of commercial banking in 2011 as he wanted to help clients into a better position than when they first contacted Lexington Advocates.
The different roles held in bank-land helped Harold accumulate different skills mainly with a focus on professional services industries - as well as cashflow lending and helping people in trouble.
Harold is married and Dad to two young children. The family made the decision in 2018 to leave the city and make a tree change to the Macedon Ranges which has been what they were looking for in reconnecting with community and leading a slower paced life with their kids.
Harold is a passionate Essendon supporter and has really enjoyed diversifying his interests into growing his own vegetables, foraging for wild mushrooms and really enjoying getting out and about in the Ranges.
Now clients get a mix of the city smarts with friendly country service.
Angela Ucci
Angie has over 25 years finance experience of which 22 years has been spent providing specialist equipment finance for clients. Whether the equipment you are looking to purchase flies, floats, digs, prints, makes, harvests or drives Angie has had experience funding it.
Angie also works with clients funding their property dreams and you will be hard pressed to find another finance broker that gets as emotionally invested with her clients’ dreams and aspirations.
When not making a difference for her clients, Angie likes to spend her spare time with friends and family, a mixture between cooking a big meal and relaxing at home or enjoying one of Melbourne’s wonderful restaurants. Practising the downward dog and long walks keep her happy along with planning her next holiday. She has recently taken up jewellery making as a hobby and loves working with crystals.
