Strategy and Planning
We work with Boards, Executive Teams and across organisations to define what value the organisation seeks to deliver to the citizen and customers, and define the strategy to get there. This can include guiding the organisation through a full strategic review and/or working with a Board or teams on a Strategic planning offsite.
Board Governance
We work with Boards on their annual reviews guiding them through the review process. We can work with you to design your survey instruments or we can provide our surveys. Results are then confirmed by in-depth interviews that draw out insights about individual directors and the board as a whole. This work is concluded with a board development workshop and action plans for directors and the board.
Leadership
We work with teams within organisations to help them take up their leadership role in times of change. This includes using various psychometric tests to understand team strengths and opportunities and delivering content such as Adaptive Leadership, Strategic thinking and change
Strategic Projects
We work on strategic projects that cross the Public, Private and NFP sectors. These projects require an understanding of Public Value, strategy, stakeholder engagement and board governance and collaboration. We provide coaching and leadership training to project managers and can help you design a full program of delivery including engagement, design and facilitation of workshops.
