Currently, we feature two bands – “HIGHLY STRUNG”, playing all the party favourites from the 60’s to today, and “JOSIE & THE CORVETTES”, who take it way back to the 50’s & 60’s when Rock’n’Roll ruled supreme!
The HIGHLY STRUNG ENTERTAINMENT sound is the secret to our success. We specialise in great renditions of classic songs – not half-baked or tired, thin-sounding versions of old tunes. Our mantra is that nothing is performed ‘live’ until it sounds almost as good as the original.
The HIGHLY STRUNG ENTERTAINMENT repertoire contains more than 200 songs from a range of genres – and we’re always adding new material.
Our FIVE MUSICIANS are the key to our great sound. With tons of instrumental talent, dual male and female vocalists and more than a century of combined performing experience, HIGHLY STRUNG ENTERTAINMENT can handle just about any musical scenario – from timeless 50’s & 60’s rock classics, to recent ‘top 40’ hits, to sultry dinner music or ballads, through to 80’s pop favourites and even head-banging party-starters.
