GGBwealthcare is a Sydney based “Private Investment Office” serving the investment needs and related issues for a limited number of families-of-wealth located across several global jurisdictions.
GGBwealthcare enables its clients to leverage off the experience of the firm’s principals, their resources and networks, and the related investment and administrative synergies without having to fund and maintain this full infrastructure themselves.
Our core proposition addresses each family’s investment management needs across the full spectrum including strategic advice; deal flow generation; due diligence; asset and asset manager selection; implementation and performance monitoring; and global consolidated reporting.
We also co-ordinate and collaborate with existing professional adviser relationships (private bankers, lawyers, accountants, tax and other advisers) and assist with family succession issues, asset protection and philanthropic activities.

GGBwealthcare Pty Limited (“GGBw”) is registered and licensed in Australia (AFSL 340355).
Founded in 2009, the company onboarded its first client family in 2010, and today serves a limited number of qualifying families.
The Sydney based investment team has been organically expanded as the business has grown – many of the team members previously worked together at Lowy Family Group, together with Steven Gross, one of the founding shareholders.
The Credo Group, an international financial services business, is a significant minority shareholder in GGBw, and their involvement principally provides IT platform and back office support, access to global custody, and some systems infrastructure services.
GGBw leverages its operational capacity by making use of the Credo staff complement in London for most middle and back-office activities.
