How can I see if I've won a draw?

All winners will be announced on all social media platforms including, Instagram & Facebook, as well as our website. Additionally, the winner will be contacted using their details provided and must claim their prize within three months as advised by the Gaming Commission Of Australia GCA act 1997.

Do I need to be present at the draw?

No, it is not a requirement to be present during our live draws. However, we will contact you via mobile, text and or email once the competition has been drawn on our social media live streams.

What if the winner fails to claim the prize?

We will make persistant attempts to contact the winner with their details provided. The winner has three months to claim their prize after the giveaway end date. If the winner is unable make contact with us, the competition prize will be redrawn as soon as the three month period ends.

Do I need to be an Australian resident to enter these promotions?

Yes, our promotions are only open to Australian residents aged 18+ (excluding South Australia).

Can I enter these draws if I live in South Australia?

Unfortunately, due to the strict trade promotion laws, residents in South Australia are unable to enter our promotions at this current time.

Do I need to fill in my details to enter this draw?

Yes, you are required to fill in all the details requested when entering our giveaways. If you do not provide all details requested, you may be in breach of our terms and conditions and therefore may be ineligible to particpate in our competitions.
