The Company Valuation Australian division was created as there is a high demand for all types of valuations from clients around Australia. Their requirements are a fast turn around valuations, service-oriented and professional.

Our valuations are used for insolvency matters, taxation, stamp duty, capital gains tax, bankruptcies, business buyouts and much more.

What we guarantee?

Each report is meticulously prepared by a qualified accountant holding a membership with either CPA, CA or IPA.

We provide our business valuation and other services to clients across Australia. There are no travel charges or other surprises, simply a quality business valuation report for a fixed price.

Assumptions in the report are supported with appropriate reasoning and supporting material.

Opinions are clearly set out and supported with reasoning and appropriate documentation.

Each report is prepared to a “court” standard and our business valuers are prepared to give expert evidence in relation to the report, if required

Five-step process:

Interview with instructing party – the purpose of this is to establish the reason for the valuation and to advise the client of the most appropriate approach and methods required to achieve the best results.

02.

Business interview – after a full investigation, an understanding of the business is formed. This is where financial statements and other relevant documents and data is gathered.

03.

Analysing data collected – establish the level of profitability and observe internal/external influences and levels of risk associated with the business.

04.

Determine value of the business – based on all financial and operational information collected, and utilising several appropriate valuation methods, an accurate business value is established.

05.

Production of Business Valuation Assessment Report – a report is produced, outlining processes and justifications with the capacity for the report to be used for the intended purpose necessary by the client.
