The birds enjoy a rich diet of fish from the Swan River; dolphins are regular visitors too, attracted by the abundance of food.

The location is great: absolute river frontage, close the city on a major bus route, with convenient access to the airport, freeways to the west and Tonkin Highway to the east means less time wasted commuting so you can spend more of your time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the views and facilities at home. Step out of your home directly in to Bilya Kard Boodja Lookout reserve, or on to the riverside path that takes you to the Ascot Waters marina via Adachi Park and Hardey Park, or to the city, on foot or by bicycle.
