As a clinically trained instructor, I help clients engage in dynamic and personalised strength or rehabilitation programs. Based on a numbers approach, a specifically designed program is created based on your functional goals. We then measure progress, track results and improve your overall wellbeing or recovery journey.

Clinical Pilates has been shown to prevent injuries, strengthen muscles, improve balance/stability and improve bone density.
