We recently had a change over of IT services to Axiom IT, who have helped us transition to a "modern workplace", i.e. to better utilise the functionalities of microsoft office and other apps (Teams, Sharepoint etc). They have provided a training session and considered our organisational needs and context in this supported transition. The team came to our office to help update our laptops and were diligent in making sure we had the correct apps and settings installed. They have also provided good general IT support as issues have arisen. I have been particularly impressed with how quickly they are to responding to requests, and have found all the Axiom staff to be helpful, friendly, and professional.

I have dealt with AxiomIT for four to five years now and they are always responsive to my requests and user remote access tools are quick to fault find any of the issues I have, the entire helpdesk team are technically minded yet able to explain complicated issues in simple language, when there has been a problem that requires further investigation they always provide clear and concise communication throughout the process.After using google and Microsoft 365 in parallel I would recommend 365 as more robust and scalable platform and user friendly, gsuite – gmail is the bain of my existence stick with outlook so much better.
