The firm was established 1996 with an equities focus and has expanded across private debt and structured capital. From inception, we have aligned our people with clients. We are executive owned, and our team is invested alongside our clients in the strategies we manage.
Our investment team has a successful track record of investing and advising across the corporate capital stack over multiple business cycles.
Kestrel is the investment manager for the Kestrel Structured Capital Fund, Kestrel Growth Companies fund and the KTT fund.
