Our company Paramount Safety Products has been using QPC Group for the last 2 years. They never seem to amaze me with their exceptional service every time! Whenever we have had our photocopier serviced. Andy has always been so great to work with – he sure knows his stuff! Better than a lot of other technicians that never talk to you and always seem grumpy. Andy always has a friendly smile when walking into our office. I have also given him some tricky things to try and set up on our machine and he has been able to do it every time! Also whenever I have called to see if someone can look at our machine. Andy has always come out the same day for us which we really appreciate. Also their system is all automated so there are no ink cartridges ever running out. I cannot fault this company at all and really appreciate the lovely service we get from them. Can highly recommend them to anyone!
