Unfortunately we are restricted from providing customers with some manufacturer's repair manuals and detailed advice on 'How to repair your appliance' as this may contravene manufacturers intellectual property laws and our due care legal responsibility obligations. We also strongly support manufacturer's recommendations that all electrical and mechanical repairs should be performed by a suitably authorised and appropriately qualified service agent or technician.
