  Well located opposite a Coles Supermarket and adjacent to a quality fish and chip shop on the same premises, the major downside of this property is the number of local... read more people living on the street both day and night. That said, the property is well secured with a perimeter fence that is locked at 8pm and an internal gate that is locked at 5pm each day. Sherri, the Assistant Manager, is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for her. On balance, this property represents reasonable value.

Amenities are basic but sufficient. The worst thing is parking. To have secure parking you need to be back early from days outing to get a spot. This was terrible.

Walking distance (across the street) to groceries, ATM and restaurants (fish and chips shop attached to facility). Quiet, free parking and secure property.
