October 2009 Birth Club

My Lo loves to flip over toy cars and spin the wheels and he loves ceiling fans. Someone made a comment about it yesterday saying he was acting, "ocd". Does anyone else have a little one that does this. He is a very typical toddler when it comes to behavior and socialization.

Has anyone had success in limiting smartphone usage? If so, what did you do?
