We work with our clients on all projects phases;
Planning phase, focused on site-specific risks mitigations.
Build phase, our team will monitor and oversee staff and contractors compliance to local Health and Safety regulator and contractors submitted safety documents such as JSA, SWMS, RAMS and HRW licence and competency.
Live phase, if you decide to have our team “boots on the ground” during your show or live phase, we will be acting as first point of contact for all emergency response and escalation, the team will be monitoring your staff and contractors well-being and minimise their expose to fatigue, heat stress and day to day site hazards.
Post project phase, we provide our clients with reports of incidents and near misses, we consult with productions and operations team to highlight what went wrong and how can we prevent it from happening, we will identify areas where training is required and further hazards controls equipments and mitigations is required.
Our main goal every time we are working with you in any phase of your project is to ensure we minimise your workplace health and safety risks to “ALARP” As Low As Reasonably Practicable.
