Equipment: You are responsible for any equipment, tools and other property (Equipment) you bring to a course. Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or anyone else arising from you bringing or using such Equipment. If you do not bring the Equipment required to participate in the course, you acknowledge that you may not be able to participate in the course to the full extent required. You will not be entitled to a refund. If Sabre lends you equipment, you acknowledge that Sabre owns such Equipment and you accept responsibility for such Equipment whilst it is on loan to you. You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage caused to Sabre arising from you borrowing and/or using Sabre’s equipment or from you bringing or using your own equipment at the course.

Models: You are responsible for any models you bring to the course. Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or your model. You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage suffered by Sabre arising from you bringing or using a model at the course including any third party claims made against Sabre by models or other participants in the course. You indemnify other participants in the course for any loss or damage arising from you bringing or using a model at the course. Models will be required to sign a Release Form before they are able to be used in the course.
If more than one person from your company wishes to attend & you require separate invoices, please complete a separate registration form for each registrant.
Participation in Course: You accept responsibility for your participation in the course. You warrant that you have the minimum level of competence required to participate in the course. You acknowledge that there may be certain risks involved in participating in the course and such risks may result in injury.
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, until course reaches its capacity. If the course is full, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.
Sabre reserves the right to disallow you from participating in the course or part of the course if you refuse to sign the waiver or liability release.

New Zealand: 0800456426 Cancellations: You may cancel your registration with notice to Sabre. If your registration is cancelled at least 3 weeks before the course commences, you will receive a full refund less a $17 AUD administration fee. In the event of an International Artist presenting, if your registration is cancelled at any time 50% of your payment will be charged to cover costs of bringing out an international artist. No refund will be given if you cancel your registration within 3 weeks of the course commencing.
Sabre will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from you participating in the course or acting negligently, incompetently or inappropriately. You indemnify Sabre for any loss or damage suffered by Sabre arising from your participation in the course including any third party claims by models and other participants. Certificates:A certificate of completion is awarded to each attendee who successfully completes a workshop. For successful workshop completion, 100% attendance is required. If a registered attendee fails to appear for a scheduled workshop or fails to complete the entire workshop, a course completion certificate will not be awarded. Certificates are not supplied for Look & Learn events.
