8 Downlights in kitchen/Living area keep blowing globes on a regular basis.

I have a series of 8 recessed downlights in ceiling of kitchen and living room. These blow globes continually ( at least one a week) and at times interfere with TV reception. I would like this looked at to see if there is a problem and to get repaired. Also would like 2 new power outlets installed one in each of the two bedrooms.
