I have just had Shane Weston call at my home to carry out the baiting on my roof. I would like to let you know how pleased I was with his service. He was extremely informative and spent a lot of time answering my questions and advising me of what I needed to do to help prevent re infestation. I think he is most professional and I will be asking for him for my next home visit (hoping that is not for some time!) I often think people only let businesses know when they are dissatisfied so I am pleased to give you some positive feedback.
