Freezin’ for a Reason!

For the first time ever, Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is hosting a weekend (+ one day) of Polar Plunge events to raise funds for Special Olympics Australia and New Zealand. Over the weekend of 3-4 August 2024, hundreds of people across the Oceania region will be taking a plunge to help us bring sport, joy and inclusion to people with intellectual disability/autism.

Winter is Coming! ❄️

From 14-18 July 2024, almost 40 wintersports athletes will compete at the Special Olympics Australia National Winter Games, which is a selection event for the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Italy in March 2025. More to come. Get ready, it's going to be snow much fun!

Inclusive Sport Academy

If you want to polish your skills to deliver sport and physical activity programs to people with intellectual disability/autism you should enrol in our Inclusive Sport Academy. Through this platform we share our sports inclusion expertise for the benefit of teachers, coaches, tertiary students, allied health professionals and inclusion advocates.
