Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Brendon Burchard’s Experts Academy (the “Seminar”) and Online Training Program (the “Program”) which are conducted by The Burchard Group LLC (“Promoter”). By registering for the Seminar or purchasing the Program at any one of our locations (“Hotel”), you (the “Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar or purchase the Program.

Buyer Conduct

Promoter requires all Buyers to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other Buyers and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Buyer and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Buyer’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.

Disclaimers

By law we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. Our Seminars and Programs are for your educational and informational purposes only. As stipulated by U.S. law, we cannot and do not make any claims or guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results, or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not believe in, market, or deliver "get rich schemes," and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, and illustrations which should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone’s future success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information.

Liability Waiver

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering for our Seminars or Programs, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release Promoter, Brendon Burchard, or any of our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our Seminars, Programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence of the Promoter or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risk to his or her business and health including injury, loss or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and Program and hereby releases Promoter and Brendon Burchard from any and all liability to his or herself and their personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims related to Buyer’s participation in the Seminar and Program.

Cancellation Policy

Once Buyer registers for the Seminar or purchases the Program, Promoter makes extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, incurs significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 30 days after Buyer has registered for the Seminar or purchased the Program. If Buyer cancels within 30 days of registering they will receive a full refund, but any Buyer seeking to cancel their purchase after 30 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature and with this caliber of celebrity speakers. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the live event after you have purchased and after 30 days have passed since registering, we will attempt to transfer your ticket to someone else or allow you to attend a future Brendon Burchard event at Promoter’s discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

As stated on our Site and in our marketing materials, we guarantee the Buyer will be 100% satisfied with the Seminar or Program. If Buyer is not 100% satisfied with the Program, s/he has 30 days from date of purchase to notify our office and request a refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned Program product and will only be honored if requested within the 30-day period. If Seminar attendees are not 100% satisfied at the conclusion of the event and they notify us in the manner described herein, we will refund 100% of their ticket price. Participants who are not 100% satisfied with the Seminar must, at the immediate conclusion of the Seminar, verbally notify one of our staff members of their dissatisfaction, at which time we will arrange for a reimbursement of their tuition. Program Buyers who attend a live seminar as part of a bonus with their Program purchase do not qualify for the seminar guarantee explained above and are only eligible for a refund on their Program purchase if within the 30-day period. All reimbursements are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and all Promoter decisions are final and binding. Any statements of dissatisfaction or requests for refunds received after the 30-day period of signing this form, or at the immediate close of the live event, will not qualify for this guarantee.
