So when my kids asked for ear piercings for Christmas I was very pleased to take my kids to the studio to have them done. Clear information on cost and the required paperwork for consent prior to the appointment and an SMS reminder. The team stepped my kids through each step of the process, explaining each one at an age appropriate level, including the instruments and exactly why they were doing each thing. consent was sought from my kid explicitly at each stage to proceed. Kid #2 - first piercing - was very pleased with the process/outcome and said it was less painful than having an immunization. Kid #1 - second piercing - also very pleased and said it was a better experience than the piercer they chose last time with their friends. Aftercare explanation was clear and the kids were able to ask questions. booklet provided was read with great intensity. A great experience for my kids and super easy for me as a parent.

My daughter had her second experience at The Piercing Urge today, much like her 1st visit the whole process was absolutely amazing. She was extremely nervous even though she's had her ears pierced before but our piercers were absolute superstars with her, they really listened and took the time to talk her through everything and it was all done at her pace. I'd never take her elsewhere and always recommend TPU when friends ask where to go and this second visit has just cemented that. They are just absolutely awesome.

I took my 6YO to Piercing Urge yesterday to have her ear lobes pierced. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! The piercer was warm, supportive and professional throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable but also had a through understanding of what was going on. Highly recommend for a child's first piercing experience!

My six year old got ears pierced at The Piercing Urge today and I could not be happier. Thank you so much to the piercers who were so kind to my daughter and put her mind at ease. They pierced both ears at the same time which made the event a lot easier for my daughter. The aftercare information I have been provided is also excellent. Absolutely amazing team and staff working here. I've had so many difficulties with piercings before and was expecting getting my nipples pierced would be the same! Let me tell you..... This is the easiest piercing I've ever had, both when it was done and during the healing process. You can tell the cleanliness and quality of their jewellry is of the finest quality. I would recommend to anyone looking at getting any piercing! :)

Had my septum done today, girls are awesome – very professional and friendly. If you want a perfect and high-quality piercing, I highly recommend to go here, it’s worth paying that little extra for this experience.

Had my nipples pierced here. Greatly knowledgeable staff, especially when faced with somewhat difficult anatomy. Very professional, felt comfortable during the whole process. I travelled three hours to be pierced here, and it was definitely worth it.
