ImageSmith merges with Precedence

Recently, ImageSmith entered into a merger agreement with Precedence.

Precedence have been operating in Cairns since 2001. In that time, they've built a fantastic team and reputation, both in and out of the industry. As a larger company with more staff and infrastructure, Precedence will support you as you grow further online.

It is paramount to me that ImageSmith’s clients receive service of the highest standard. I've known and worked with Nicky, Kaj and their team over many years. They are experts in their field, with fair and sound business practices. I recommend them without hesitation.

You are front-and-centre in this change. Precedence extend the same terms, services and conditions that you’ve received with ImageSmith. All services to you are, for all intents and purposes, unchanged.

ImageSmith’s final day of operations will be Friday 15th of January, 2016, with Precedence taking the reigns from Monday 18th of January, 2016. Precedence will handle phones, emails, services and billing from this date. Any invoices issued prior to the 15th of January, 2016 are still payable to ImageSmith per the invoice.
