He not only got there fast, he worked fast. And the repair guy even remembered my aunt! He was the same technician who fixed her dishwasher. He figured out the problem with my freezer. He told me the part I needed and how much it would cost (which was not as bad as I was afraid it might be). He even had it on his truck. He replaced it and showed me the broken one. Then he plugged the freezer back in, turned it back on, and waited to make sure it was running perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The C&C Appliance Repair technicians really know what they’re doing. My Kenmore oven broke the morning I was getting ready to throw a dinner party for my new boyfriend’s parents! I called another repair company. They came and gave me a quote, but I just didn’t get a good feeling from them...and their price seemed outrageously high. So I decided to get a “second opinion” — even though I was starting to panic! — and called C&C. That was a smart move. They were much less expensive and didn’t recommend any unneeded repairs like the other company did. If I hadn’t called C&C, I would have spent hundreds of dollars more! The same day I called, a very friendly, very sharp C&C technician came to my house. He carefully diagnosed the problem then clearly explained, and put in writing, what was needed, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Once he got my approval, he did the work — right on schedule and right on budget. He cleaned up and my kitchen was back to normal in plenty of time to fix dinner. Thank you C&C. I don’t know if the boyfriend is going to last... but you have my eternal devotion!

My Viking refrigerator stopped working completely. I had no idea what to do and whom to run to. I found this company online and was able to schedule same day service even though I called late afternoon. The technician showed up even earlier than promised. I think the price was a bit high but the technician had all the needed parts in stock and was able to fix my refrigerator right away. I really appreciate the time that technician took to explain to me what was wrong with my fridge and what needed to be done to fix it. I am really happy with their service and will definitely use them again

My refrigerator was making a funky noise, looked up online and found this company. The person who answered the phone was very nice; he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day with only 1 hour window. Technician showed up on time, was very respectful and nice!!!!! He explained the problem with my fridge, gave me a very good price on repair. I am so glad that I’ve called this company; my refrigerator is working like new, I spend less money if I were to buy a new one, and the service was excellent. My dryer stopped working and I was certain that I will have to buy a new one. A friend of mine recommended C&C Appliance so I gave them a shot. The guys at C&C Appliance came over quickly and fixed the problem!!! It’s been more than a few weeks now and the dryer is still working perfectly. Their prices were very fair and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again. Highly recommended!!!!

I had a malfunction with my oven. The company was able to book same day appointment for me. The technician showed up at the promised time, was very polite and professional!!!!!!
