I've just got the keys to my commercial bakery but last people have pretty much walked out. Need someone to get up to standard, must have experience in commercial cleaning of food premises and have all own chemicals and equipment including gerny. I imagine this will be a 4hr task as we have other people to help but you will be the main one. Requires full sweep out and entire floor clean and mixers/benches wiped over and sanitised. Roughly 100m2 property so not massive area. No oven clean required.

Hi Anna, I own and run my own cleaning and maintenance company and have for several years and come with great real estate references for both commercial and domestic cleaning. We have all our own chemicals and equipment and it is all food grade cleaning materials. I managed a pub for over 4 years and have dealt with health inspectors and understand the requirements needed.
