Fire Protection engineer/designer with over 25 years of local experience in building services covering a wide range of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, government and residential projects, from concept planning through to detailed design.
FPAS Fire Systems Design Accredited Practitioner and Design Practitioner.
Responsible for the managing the fire and hydraulic team. This includes: managing dealines, prioritising jobs and managing workloads.
With extensive knowledge and experience in the following fields:
Fire Protection Services for high rise Buildings (residential and office blocks), Data Centres, Shopping Centres, Supermarkets, Tunnels, Hospitals and Hotels.
Responsible for:fee submissions, design documentation, preparation of tender documentation, tender review, managing the project, site inspections, witness testing and commissioning, liaising with, Architects, Contractors, local Authorities, Builders and Clients.
Specialties: I have a detailed understanding of specialist areas including :
Automatic Sprinkler systems (wet and dry),
Gas suppression,
Fog systems,
Automatic fire detection and alarm,
VESDA,
SSISEP/EWIS/BOWS,
Fire Hydrants,
