Why Yvonnes?

Our school is committed to not only the instilling of proper skills, but also the proper attitudes that promote a lifetime of safe driving. 

Yvonne is striving to continually improve the schools standards and seek continuing professional development. 

To this end, in 2000, the school acquired National Accreditation through the Australian Driver Trainers Association (ADTA). 

This accreditation involved the implementation of quality systems to improve teaching standards and business practice. These standards are based on, and are developing towards, the ISO 9002 International Standards. 

She was also the first female instructor to obtain Certificate III Level Commercial Driver Trainer Qualifications and has now further increased her qualifications to Certificate IV level.

As of the 1^st December 2008 Yvonne is in the inaugural group of instructors to become RTA Accredited Older Driver Assessors. This allows our school to assess older drivers in their 2 yearly license renewals.

To keep abreast of the changing driver training environment, instructors attend industry and RTA workshops. An example of this is the "Beyond Test Routes" certification workshops held by the RTA encouraging low risk driving practices.
