Payment Options

We wish to make your order as simple and secure as possible. We have a number of payment options available for you to choose from.

All prices quoted are in $AUD. and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.
All payments will be charged in $AUD at the time of transaction.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Once you proceed through our checkout process and have confirmed your order, you will be given an order number, you may keep this page for your own reference if you like, however our system will automatically send an e-mail to your supplied email address confirming your order and order details.

If you are purchasing items from Ying Fa Western Australia from outside Australia for delivery within Western Australia, you may require exchange rates. Please click here for currency conversion.

Ying Fa Western Australia offers three (3) payment methods;

1. Credit Card Payment
We accept the following methods of Credit Payment:

• Visa, Matercard, and Bankcard.

Your credit card details can be submitted directly through the order entry portion of this website. Our credit card payment system and security is through Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).

Upon notification from CBA of authorisation of payment, Ying Fa Western Australia will then dispatch your order. As of the 02.07.2006, we are no longer able to view entire credit card numbers on the transaction enquiry and/or session history pages of CBA’s virtualPos website. The change is in line with the Worldwide Payment Card Industry Standard and is a product of Visa and Mastercard. As a minimum only the first six (6) and the last four (4) digits of the credit card number will be displayed.

2. Direct Deposit (Australia Only)

Please identify your payment with the Order Number found on your order confirmation email. If you are unable to use a reference number at the time of payment, then you will need to send us an email at sales@YingfaWA.com.au  advising us of the time and place of your transaction so we can then track and confirm your payment.

Direct deposit payments will be shipped once the funds are reported cleared (may take a few days to clear).

3. Cheque

Please use your order number as reference with your payment (it will be emailed to you with your order confirmation). Cheque payments will be shipped once the funds are reported cleared, (may take up to seven (7) days to clear).

Please note that we will only hold your items for a period of 2 working days. Should you not be able to deposit/transfer your payment within this time, you will need to notify us by email at sales@YingfaWA.com.au to advise of payment/order confirmation.
