Our Return Policy

All Writescope's goods are sold on a firm sale basis. No returns will be accepted for items supplied on firm sale. We guarantee that the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample of those goods on our website.

An item that arrives damaged may be returned and replaced with an identical product provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt and provided the goods are in original condition (if shrink-wrapped, with wrapping intact and unopened), accompanied by proof of purchase. We will work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary.

Faulty and misbound goods will be replaced when accompanied by receipt of purchase. Shrink-wrapped items are returned unopened.

Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Supply of goods is on a firm sale basis.
Any return of goods is subject to Writescope's Returns Policy.
If a product is returned for any reason other than it being damaged or not as described, the customer is liable for postage.
A shipping and handling fee is charged on all orders.
Payment terms are PayPal only. For domestic orders, a money order or bank cheque drawn on an Australian bank is acceptable. Note that orders paid by cheque cannot be despatched until cheques are cleared, which takes 5 working days from the date the cheque is deposited.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Dispatch of orders are subject to stock availability. You will be advised if a product is unavailable.
A Trade Customers Discount may be applicable: 20% on 5 to 100 copies and 30% on bulk orders of 101 copies and over.
