Established by Paul Winter on the Sunshine Coast 25 years ago, Winter & Co provides a combination of professional service, unique design, and construction excellence to ensure all clients receive a finished product of the highest quality that withstands the test of time.

Specialising in high quality custom built homes, extensive residential renovations & refurbishments, Winter & Co have also completed exclusive multi-residential developments and small scale commercial projects.

Born and raised in Queensland, Paul has an inherent understanding of our local conditions and the evolving coastal character.

His wife Libby is a registered Landscape Architect with many years experience designing large and small scale landscape solutions which can compliment the other services we offer.

Winter & Co is a longstanding member of Queensland Master Builders Association and the recipient of awards for both Residential and Multi Residential Excellence.
