Personality Profile Workshop
There are a number of personality profiling tools on the market
but how would it be for you to have something fresh and
effective in your toolkit? Strengths Development
Inventory (SDI) is an effective way to help your clients
understand their values and strengths and how they relate to
others in various contexts.

Users of this tool profiling include:
Australian Defence Forces, National Australia Bank, Blake
Waldron Dawson, ING, and IBM.

Cost: $120 plus GST
Includes the workshop and your individual personal profile that
you'll complete and take with you. Afternoon tea is also
provided.

What you will gain from the workshop:
You will evaluate this personality-profiling tool and it's
potential use within your coaching and consulting business,
with your team members and in personal relationships.
Discover ways to use this tool to direct and enrich your
coaching conversations.
Discover your personal strengths and how you use them with
other people.
Managing your strengths: How you overdo or misapply your
strengths.
You will see how you are when everything is going well and
you will learn how you change when things are going wrong
and when there is conflict or opposition.
Learn about the 3 stage conflict sequence: When people are
not OK they deploy different behaviours to get back to
feeling OK.
You'll learn how the things you do make your relationships
really good, or troubled and uncomfortable.
