Tracey Swan Search, 2010 and beyond
Having established a comprehensive network of clients, candidates and colleagues in south east Queensland and interstate, the time was right in 2010 for Tracey to realise a long-held desire to launch her own specialist search business.

The hallmark of this business was to be superlative client and candidate service, provided with the outstanding level of personal care and attention for which Tracey was already renowned. By developing a boutique, personalised operation, she was confident she could competitively deliver high level executive searches without the accompanying high executive fee, often required to offset the overheads of corporate infrastructure that support this niche service.

Pre-2010
Most recently, Tracey held the position of State Manager for four years with a national executive recruitment and search company. Here, she sourced specialist talent Australia-wide as well as globally, extending to Papua New Guinea, Fiji, the UAE, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Prior to this, she managed the state office team for an international white collar commercial recruitment provider.

Before channelling her energies into this executive recruitment and search arena, Tracey held the role of State Manager for a highly respected hospitality recruitment company based in Queensland. This was at a time when the Sunshine State was putting their indelible stamp on the nation by hosting world class sporting tournaments, gala events and hospitality functions.

This followed work as a Regional Human Resources Manager for the world's largest hotel management group, which marked Tracey’s transition into private enterprise after a number of years working within Human Resources in the South Australian Government.
