State Emergency Service
 
One of the countries youngest emergency services, Victoria's State Emergency Service established in 1975 is responsible for various emergency roles including Road Accident Rescue, Storm, Wind and Flood damage. Operating in amongst the original UHF Police band VICSES also has an allocation of HF frequencies which still see some occasional use.
