1What are your workshop opening hours?
We are open five days a week, Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 4:30pm.
2What are your quoting hours & do I need to make a booking?
Our quoting hours are 8am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
While we do our best to accommodate all customers without a booking, to ensure someone will be available to quote your car, we ask that customers make bookings before turning up. This can be arranged by calling us on 3865 2440.

3Can you quote via images?
Unfortunately, due to the many factors during the quoting process, we cannot give an accurate quote from photos. Because of this, we ask all our customers call our office and book a time to bring their vehicles in so that one of our qualified Estimators can visually inspect the damage and we can provide you with an accurate quotation.
4Do you have courtesy cars?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
