Eric is an enthusiastic and entertaining presenter and trainer who is dedicated to seeing people make shifts in their lives.
Eric has a Masters in Education, Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education. He is a qualified Railway Signal Engineer and has owned a successful railway signalling consultancy for over 15 years. Eric is also an internationally qualified trainer and master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Donna
Donna has been speaking and presenting since 2004. Her positive energy, creative spirit and keen interest in helping others achieve their best makes her a warm, friendly and interactive trainer.
Donna’s previous work expertise has extended into the Insurance Broking Industry; sales; small business; graphic arts; public relations in a 5000 member not-for-profit organisation (NSW & ACT); public speaking and training; and a number of community based leadership roles, equivalent to middle or senior management positions.
Recognised as an authority on public speaking Donna has been interviewed by Sky News - Business Channel and Cosmopolitan Health Magazine. She has also written articles for networking groups such as the Australian Institute of Office Professionals.
